Aquamotion reserves the right to cancel any online order without notice.
Shipping
Our items are shipped by courier and need to be delivered to either a street address or business, we will not deliver to a PO Box. Large items such and wake foils/wakesurfers will not be left unless they have been signed for.
Pick-up time by arrangement – Your click and collect order will typically be ready within 1 hour of placing your online order (during business hours) but this timeframe may differ on weekends.
Pre-order items: we are unable provide guaranteed shipping dates; however, pre-orders are given priority and will be shipped immediately the goods arrive in store.
Returns Policy
Aquamotion offers free returns for items that are faulty or shipped incorrectly. Please return the item to us within 7 days of date of purchase and we will issue a refund or replacement. Please note refunds are only provided for faulty items, or if we are unable to provide a replacement for incorrect item sent. Returns will not be accepted for change of mind.

Sale Items
Please choose sale items carefully. All sales are final unless the item breaches a guarantee under the Consumer Guarantees Act. There is no change of mind refunds or store credits/exchanges on sale items. Change of mind includes items that do not fit.
